Please Note:
1 Avoid testing smoke sensitive parts with this device.
2 The machine can work on an EVAP system with a special adapter (the pressure of the machine was greater than the EVAP requirement).
3 Do not use the device continuously for more than 8 minutes. The bottom of the machine gives off heat, be careful!
4 Inject paraffin oil or baby oil into the machine before detection (oil is not included in the package).
OPERATING MODES
- Open the motor cover and hang the detector in the cover.
- Disconnect the pipe that needs to be connected to the detector. If the pipe needs to be loosened in the middle, secure the other side with a rubber stopper.
- Secure this side with the correct cone plug / tube and connect it to the smoke delivery tube.
- Connect the detector to a DC12V battery: red with plus, black with negative. Do not connect in any other way.
- Turn on the power switch and the POWER will light to indicate that the smoke generator has normal power. Press AIR MODE and the pump will start working. SMOKING MODE can only work after starting the mode.
- In about 3 minutes the pipe will be filled with smoke. Check the leaks. Please use headlights if necessary.
- After the leak detection, please connect the wires and pipe well.
- Please repair the leak in time with a specific tool. Package includes: 1x unit set (Due to the shipping policy, oil tests are not included.)
