Details:
- Eltako wireless electricity meter transmitter module for connection to the S0 interface of Eltako single-phase and three-phase electricity meters.
- Stand-by loss only 0.5 watt.
- With load shedding relay 1 NO contact potential free 4A / 250V and with exchangeable transmitting antenna.
- If necessary, an FA250 radio antenna can be connected. Modular device for mounting on DIN-EN 60715 TH35 rail.
- 2 modules = 36mm wide, 58mm deep.
- The FSS12 electricity meter transmitter module evaluates the signals from the S0 interface of an electricity meter and sends wireless telegrams with consumption and meter reading to the Eltako wireless network for evaluation on the PC using the FVS-Home and FVS-Energy visualization and control software.
- In the case of three-phase meters, additional information about high tariff HT or low tariff NT, provided that the E1 / E2 terminals of a three-phase meter are connected to E1 / E2 of the FSS12. FVS-Energy and FVS-Home support up to 100 transmitter modules, FVS-Professional up to 250 transmitter modules.
- The 12V DC power supply for the complete RS485 bus is usually provided by a switching power supply unit SNT12-12V DC with 6W, 12W or 24W, which is only 1 to 2 modules wide.
- If the relay of the FSS12 is switched on, 0.6 watts is required.
The setting and display display is divided into 3 fields:
- Field 1: The normal display is the unit of measurement for the meter reading just displayed in field 3. Every 4 seconds, this alternates between kilowatt hours kWh (here display KWH) or megawatt hours MWh (here display MWH ). The display in field 1 is supplemented with a + below if the low tariff information is available at E1 / E2.
- Field 2: Instantaneous value of the power consumption (active power) in watts (W) or kilowatts (kW). The arrow on the left in field 1 shows the automatic switchover from 0 to 99W to 0.1 to 65kW.
- Field 3: The normal display is the counter reading. The 3 places before the decimal point and 1 place after the decimal point from 0.1 to 999.9 kWh as well as the other 1 to 3 places before the decimal point from 0 to 999 MWh are shown alternately every 4 seconds.
- Wireless telegrams: A power telegram is sent every 130 seconds and the display is updated.
- Otherwise a telegram will be sent within 20 seconds if the power has changed by at least 10 percent. A change between HT and NT is sent immediately, as is a change in the meter reading. A total telegram with meter reading HT, meter reading NT and power is sent 20 seconds after switching on the power supply and then every 10 minutes.
- The LED lights up briefly when a telegram is sent.
